How delivery works

±45 minute buffer

Our drivers do their best to arrive within your window every day. Traffic, weather or construction can sometimes cause delays.

Drop-off point

Tiffins are left at the reception (buildings) or the front door (houses), unless we've confirmed something different with you.

Morning tracking link

Every delivery day you'll get a tracking link by email with an approximate ETA, so you can follow your tiffin.

Running late? No link?

For late-delivery updates, or if you didn't get your tracking link, contact our logistics partner Jason.

Delivery FAQs

My address isn't in a shaded area. Can I still order?

Message us on WhatsApp at 437-430-9990 with your postal code. We'll check and confirm before you book.

What's the difference between the two maps?

The Default Delivery map shows where we deliver for every booking, within the time windows listed above. The On-Request Early Delivery map shows the areas where we can deliver earlier (9 AM – 3 PM) if a slot is available. Please message us to confirm early delivery before booking.

Can I pick an exact delivery time?

Deliveries are planned by route, so we can't promise an exact time. Your tiffin will arrive within your area's window (±45 mins), and your morning tracking link shows the approximate ETA.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address yourself in the IndiasFlavour app or Web App. If the new address is in a different area, your delivery window will change to match that area.

My tiffin is late. Who do I contact?
