* Enhancement and Modifications are not valid for Friday when we offer Special Menu. You can order 2 tiffins on Friday if you want to eat over weekend.
* Modification and Enhancement item size to match subscription package size.
* Delivery: will be done between 11am to 2pm in South Etobicoke and 2pm to 8pm in other areas, at your Concierge desk/Reception. Message will be sent to you once Tiffin is delivered. We do not deliver up to your apartment floor.
* Wait time during delivery : For in person delivery or buzzer code driver will wait for up to 5 minutes at your stop. If it exceeds 5 minutes, driver will seek a secure spot to leave the tiffin. If no safe place is available they will proceed to the next stop and tiffin will be charged.
* Allergy Alert: Some dishes may contain nuts and dairy products.
* We offer Halal Meals / Tiffins. We offer Halal Meals and Tiffins prepared using halal-certified products from trusted suppliers.
* Adhoc Tiffin Cancellation/Modificaion: Adhoc Cancel/Skip/Pause/Modification of tiffin should be reported by atleast by 8pm a day prior. Any request past 8pm will not be accepted.
* Our dishes may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, or other common allergens.

* Prices are inclusive of Delivery. Taxes will be as applicable on above rates.
